01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ZUS88 ("ZUS88", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all products, services and features available through the ZUS88 website at zus88.cam and any related mobile or web applications.

ZUS88 provides an online sports betting and live casino platform primarily serving players in Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other parts of the country. Our services are made available in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR/RM) and cover sports markets including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, and a range of international competitions, alongside live dealer casino games, digital slots and instant-play titles.

By accessing the ZUS88 Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to ZUS88 and the creation of a Member account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ZUS88 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be required during the KYC process, and ZUS88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered ZUS88 account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts opened on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• Own Funds: You must be wagering with funds that belong to you personally, derived from lawful sources, and not acting on behalf of any third party.
• No Previous Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order in relation to gambling services.

04 Registration & Accounts

To access ZUS88 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested on the registration form. ZUS88 relies on the information you provide, and you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of all details submitted.

You agree to the following account obligations:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ZUS88 will never request your password by email, live chat or telephone.
• Immediately notify ZUS88 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account at any time.
• Keep your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, accurate and up to date.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC has been successfully completed.

ZUS88 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend an existing account where ZUS88 reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that may harm the Platform or its members.

05 Terms of Use

Access to the ZUS88 Platform is granted for lawful personal and recreational use only. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Use automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary users.
• Exploit technical errors, system glitches, mis-posted odds or pricing errors to derive an unfair advantage.
• Engage in match-fixing, insider wagering, or any form of corruption or collusion with other participants.
• Conduct any transaction using funds derived from unlawful activities or in breach of anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, code or intellectual property.
• Transmit viruses, malicious code or any material that interferes with the operation of the Platform or causes harm to other users.
• Engage in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward ZUS88 staff or other members.

ZUS88 monitors account activity using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ZUS88 may void related wagers, forfeit associated winnings, suspend account access and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the ZUS88 Platform are subject to the general and sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. Members are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Finality of Accepted Wagers: Once a wager is accepted and confirmed by ZUS88, it may not be amended or cancelled by the Member except where an in-play cash-out option is available and explicitly exercised.
• Odds Accuracy: ZUS88 endeavours to display accurate odds at all times. Where a wager is accepted at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system error, ZUS88 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake.
• Settlement: Wagers will be settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body or data provider. In the event of a dispute, ZUS88's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute process.
• Void Events: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a qualifying period or declared void by the relevant governing body, ZUS88 will void related wagers and return stakes in accordance with applicable rules.
• Maximum Stake and Payout Limits: ZUS88 applies maximum stake and payout limits by market type and event. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process. ZUS88 may adjust limits without prior notice.
• Casino and Live Games: Casino games are operated by certified third-party studios. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable. Live dealer games are operated in real time. The outcome of any single game session does not guarantee any particular result in a subsequent session.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ZUS88 may offer bonuses, welcome packages, reload promotions and other promotional schemes from time to time. All such offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out below as well as any offer-specific conditions published at the time of promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of bonus activation. Bonus funds remaining after this window will expire.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live casino and certain other formats may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in offer terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds remain active in an account, the maximum permitted single bet or hand is MYR 250 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this threshold may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total winnings withdrawable from bonus play. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant offer terms.
• Abuse Prevention: ZUS88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or void any bonus where abuse, exploitation or irregular play patterns are detected. This includes hedging strategies, low-risk staking on opposing selections, or any conduct designed to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available to new registered members on first qualifying deposits. Existing members may access reload or loyalty promotions as published. ZUS88 reserves the right to exclude any member from a promotion at its discretion.

08 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ZUS88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). ZUS88 supports multiple payment channels commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20 and 7-Eleven CLiQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Member's account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method. ZUS88 does not guarantee that all payment methods will be available at all times.
• Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts differ by payment channel and are displayed during the transaction process. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts. The name registered on a Member's ZUS88 account must match the name on the designated payment account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing: ZUS88 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank schedules, payment provider operations, public holidays, KYC requirements and transaction reviews. ZUS88 does not guarantee specific processing times.
• Transaction Fees: ZUS88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own charges, for which ZUS88 accepts no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: ZUS88 may request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• Currency Conversion: For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable MYR conversion rate is determined at the time of confirmed receipt and may differ from prevailing market rates. ZUS88 accepts no liability for exchange rate movements.

09 Responsible Gambling

ZUS88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Members manage their participation, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting ZUS88 support.

If you believe your gambling behaviour has become problematic, ZUS88 strongly encourages you to activate self-exclusion, which prevents access to your account for a specified or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect as quickly as operationally possible.

ZUS88 is accessible to adults aged 21 and above only. The Platform is not a source of income, financial support or debt repayment. Never gamble with money allocated for essential living expenses. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZUS88 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, images, software code, game assets and user interface designs, is the property of ZUS88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation of any Platform content in any form.

Any unauthorised use of ZUS88 intellectual property may constitute an infringement and expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability. ZUS88 actively monitors for intellectual property violations and will take appropriate action where misuse is identified.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZUS88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or technical error, whether or not ZUS88 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

ZUS88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions and Force Majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZUS88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

ZUS88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive conduct, including bonus abuse, account sharing or collusion.
• Identification of an underage user or a user previously subject to exclusion.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from licensing authorities or law enforcement.
• Inactivity of an account for an extended period as defined in the Platform's inactive account policy.

Upon account closure, ZUS88 will return any verified Real-Money Funds balance remaining after deducting amounts owed to ZUS88, pending wagers and any funds subject to fraud or compliance investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited upon termination unless ZUS88 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZUS88 support. Pending wagers will be settled before final account closure unless the closure is for responsible gambling reasons, in which case account access is suspended immediately.

13 Amendments

ZUS88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ZUS88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the Platform at zus88.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last revised.
